Patio Remodel – Honey Brook, PA

This backyard originally had a small pergola sitting directly on the grass, offering limited seating space and no real connection to the house. The homeowners wanted a more usable, low-maintenance outdoor area where they could relax, entertain, and safely access the yard.

LR Contracting removed the old structure and built a new elevated deck that ties cleanly into the back of the home. The project includes a composite-style deck surface, solid framing, and secure railings for safety, along with wide steps that make it easy to move between the deck and lawn. The finished space gives the homeowners a true outdoor living area that looks sharp, feels sturdy underfoot, and is ready for years of cookouts and family time.
