About Our Home Renovation Services
Home renovation is one of the best ways to update your space, improve functionality, and increase the long-term value of your property. At LR Contracting, we help homeowners across Honey Brook and Chester County transform outdated or under-used areas of their homes into spaces that feel modern, comfortable, and built around the way they actually live.
From single-room updates to larger multi-space renovations, our team handles everything including layout changes, framing and drywall, flooring, lighting, carpentry, and any required plumbing or electrical work. We focus on quality craftsmanship, clean job sites, and clear communication so your renovation experience stays smooth from start to finish.
As the same trusted team behind Longacre Repair, now operating as LR Contracting, we bring years of hands-on experience to every project. Whether you’re opening up your floor plan, updating old finishes, or completing a full home refresh, our goal is to deliver a finished result that looks great, performs even better, and truly feels like home.

Our Process
How We Work
A step-by-step approach to your renovation project
Initial Consultation
We begin by learning about your renovation goals, the areas you want to improve, and how you use your home day-to-day. This helps us understand your priorities and recommend solutions that make the biggest impact.
Design & Detailed Estimate
Our team helps you plan the layout, select materials, and choose finishes for your renovation. We then prepare a detailed, transparent estimate so you know exactly what the project includes before any work begins.
Construction & Remodeling
From framing and drywall to flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry, we complete every part of your renovation with care and craftsmanship. We keep your home clean and keep you updated on progress throughout the project.
Final Walkthrough
When your renovation is complete, we walk through the entire space with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We stand behind our work and are always available if questions come up after the project is finished.
