Kitchen Refresh – Downingtown, PA

Downingtown, PA

Not every kitchen needs a new floor plan. In this Downingtown home the layout already worked, so the homeowners chose a full refresh to get a new look and better function without moving walls.

LR Contracting updated the cabinetry and extended the soffit to fit additional cabinets. New countertops include a 12-inch overhang for comfortable bar seating, finished with a new backsplash and flooring.

Behind the finishes, we relocated the sink and dishwasher, completed the plumbing and drain work, and installed a new garbage disposal. New recessed lighting, a fan light, all-new outlets and dimmable under-cabinet lighting complete the project. See more of our kitchen remodeling work in Downingtown, PA.
